This store has the worst customer service. My bed sheets were stained and I knew there was a protection plan where they would send a new one. I called and asked and the woman on the line was rude and had attitude. I called 3 times. All three times, she gave attitude. The first two times, she cut me off and ended the call. The third time, I asked about the protection plan for getting a new bed sheet because it was stained. She didn't even bother helping. Right away, she said that there was no protection plan and I couldn't get a new one. This woman should have been fired for horrible customer service. I looked online at their website and there it was. The page for protection plan if your product was stained. On their website, it said that within two years, you can get a new one if it was stained. Yet she lied. She doesn't even deserve to work there.
