  • The owner never seemed to be available when I contacted her or went into the store. I called several times, left messages for owner but no response. Tried again, owner still not in, left more messages but no return phone call. This is truly not a store interested in their customer service. The clothes may be pretty but when I get treated poorly, I'd prefer to shop elsewhere. I will take my children to Gretchen and Co. down the street instead.
