  • I absolutely love Dr Jaffe! I have a rather aggressive extremely protective chihuahua and had been dreading taking her to a new vet. (The last vet did a ton of tests without telling me pricing and was extremely rude to me, telling me I needed a dog trainer and shouldn't treat my dog like an accessory. I was only holding her because she was shaking so bad) anyway I was fully expecting that same type of condescending "your dog is so bad" reaction when I took her to Islands. I was happily surprised to be treated with respect, full disclosure on all costs and get this, Dr Jaffe's reaction to my pup? "Oh my god I just love her! She's so feisty! And adorable" like thank you Dr Jaffe, thank you for taking care of my little 9 pound challenge and making me feel welcome and informed. I can't say enough good things about this place.
