  • Wow! We are both 70 year old retired folks loving our lives in Las Vegas .....and both scared to death of dealing with new technology. Our TV was old and outdated. We felt like we were missing out without an "Alexa"'or Sonos. The Bose CD player was broken ! Our world was getting smaller..not good! Our most amazing good fortune was hooking up with Elite AV and the incredible Dylan Faust. Not only did he and his team get us up to speed with current equipment and technology including surround sound, phone apps for operation, Alexa and dots - installed with incredible perfection and professionalism ..... but he spent extra time and weekend visits to make sure we could use everything correctly. We have lived and worked all over the world and we both agree that we have never been treated with such extraordinary attention! We are grateful beyond belief and would give Dylan and his Elite AV team a perfect 100 percent satisfaction rating !!!
