  • How should I intelligently put this... WWWOOOWWW! This hotel is one for the books of greatness. It's an extremely nice, very modern hotel and yet someone like me doesn't feel uncomfortable staying here. It's such a beautiful establishment with lovely and funky decor that makes this hotel worth your stay. The cost of the rooms are not unreasonable, I'd say about average for a decently nice hotel now-a-days. It has all the amenities you'd expect from an up-scale hotel including in-suite flat screen TV's, a large two-person bath (complete with cushy robes) and a fancy, yet affordable hotel bar. The only unexpected cost I encountered was the valet parking. When I initially arrived and asked the front desk where I should park, the receptionist told me they had valet, but neglected to tell me it was an additional cost per day. I suppose that's silly of me to assume it would be free. I still tipped the valet's though! The rooms themselves are absolutely breathtaking! They have large, plush beds with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. They even brought me more pillows when I requested them... I really like my pillows! The service for the pillows (and cork screw) was ridiculously fast. I had barely hung up the phone with the front desk when there was a know on my door with what I had requested. I didn't even have time to put some clothes on before the room service arrived. Lucky for those nice robes! Another bonus in this hotel is the wonderful pool they have. It's huge and warm and open later than most. It's a very refreshing place to sit and soothe after a long day... and they even let you have drinks near the pool. Go figure. I also really love the bar they have. It's very elegant, but still casual and the bartenders are super friendly and always nice. Then again, so is everyone who works at this place. All-in-all my stay at Hotel Arts was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. They had a good idea turning that old building into something useful. Now it's a beautiful establishment which holds it's customers in high regards and does it in style. If only I had more reasons to stay here, I would. Maybe I'll just go visit the bar and hit the pool sometime again. This really is a great hotel... one of the better ones.
