We had the Steak Bordelaise w/ caramelized onion & red wine sauce, Salmon entrée w/ pommes purée, mushrooms, red wine sauce, Seafood Crêpe w/ scallops, shrimp, peas & cream, and finally Chicken Broccoli & Cheese Crêpe.
I requested my steak medium-rare; easy to cut into and very juicy/tender. The salmon had a tad too much black peppercorn than I would've liked and was slightly overcooked, but was still moist on the inside. The pommes purée and red wine sauce made it easy to chew and gave the fish flavor because it doesn't have much seasoning to begin with. The crêpes were different from what you would order from specific crêpe or dessert crêpe shops. One had seafood on the side while filled with green peas and the other one had chicken and plentiful of fillings instead. Nonetheless, both of my friends enjoyed them both. The in-house bread with butter was soft and chewy. It was too bad we did not have enough room in our stomachs to try their savory desserts. We'll go back again for sure the next time we're in Vegas.
Service: We were seated right away after a 5-10 minute line wait since we did not request outdoor patio seating. As first timers to the restaurant and to an authentic French bistro, our server was patient because we were taking long to decide on what to order and was helpful in assisting us. He provided his input and gave general descriptions of the du jour special items. We asked for hot water and he forgot to bring it after he came around twice to our table, the third time he remembered without us asking again. Our waters were filled often and plates were cleaned as soon as we were finished. Excellent service throughout our experience!
Price: 4 entrees, an appetizer and a martini for under $100
