This is probably one of the best steakhouses I have tried. Its definitely a tourist attraction, but who cares if the food is delicious and the service is great..right?
The atmosphere is dark, dim lights and fancy decorations. To sit outside, it takes about 30-45 minutes, but we were all too famished to wait any longer. The waiters were kind and helpful. Our waiter came around every 5 to 10 minutes or so and water was immediately poured. Thats what I call REAL customer service.
I ordered the filet minon avec de frites with the creamy butter sauce instead of the red wine (forgot what it was called). And I must say that the meat was perfectly cooked. It was so tender and juicy, it had the right amount of salt and pepper - you didn't need to put any more. Most steakhouses fail to cook their meat right because they usually come out burnt, overcooked and rubbery, but this place surpassed the failure.
The fries weren't the thick potatoey kind, but they were different (in a good way). Their fries texture were somewhat similar to Potato Chips or Pik-Nik fries. It was combination of those with real fries. if that makes any sense lol.
The portions are a lot smaller than what most steakhouses serve, but you will be very full. I was unable to finish the rest of my own plate! The meat is cut in shorter pieces, but they are pretty thick.
My family ordered all different kinds of steaks and tried from each one and all of them were pretty delicious. None overcooked or rubbery whatsover.
I will be sure to come back to this place once I come back to visit Vegas again. I recommend this place for those who enjoy steak. I hope it remains the same.
