When Settebello gets things right, I'd say it's a 4-4.5* product - wonderful Italian-style pizza with a thin, crisp crust, and I also feel like their toppings are pretty high quality. I usually opt for something off the daily special list but am also a big fan of the namesake pizza and the Diavola.
The problem is that every so often, I'll be served a pizza that is undercooked or is way overcooked (as in heavily burnt - I definitely appreciate char, but I mean really overcooked). I just don't get the quality control issue since it can go either way.
If you can deal with occasional inconsistency, this is a great place - but it's a gamble.
