  • They have a nice feature of putting a deposit down to hold a vehicle if you are interested before coming down. We did this since it was 30 miles away, well it ended up being 50 miles away but still went and looked at the vehicle. Came in to look at the vehicle and had a sales experience like no other. Was not offered to test drive, finally asked if we could. No negotiations for any part of the vehicle or trade. Offered bottom dollar for our trade, even after THEY pulled up the trade-in value and it was 3k above what they offered. Sat on it over night and called again and tried to negotiate, wouldn't budge......lost a sale over $500. Have never seen a dealership cheap out so much and lose a sales over such a minimal amount. After thinking about it long and hard decided we just wouldn't trade and just to buy the vehicle, called the next morning and they had sold it, even though the hold was supposed to be on until end of business that day. Was a nice feature, but not if they sell it out from under you and won't even work with you. Never seen a dealership so interested in NOT selling a car!
