  • John is amazing! I originally went to Bit by Bit because of the previous reviewer and I have to say everything Christopher said has been spot on! John really does operate his business on integrity, superior service and real world pricing. In June 2011 I had John do a service call to my residence to repair some software issues I had with my older pc. John is so proficient that within 30mins he had everything running smoothly once more. This week my desktop crashed & died so I called John again. Within a few hours he was at my home to service my what I would call now a dinosaur pc. When the problem didn't resolve quickly, without hesitation John took it back to the shop to run some testing on it and within a day it was alive & saved from the recycle bin. I really appreciate that John offers an honest service, does not give up and does not immediately try to up-sell one to a whole new system. Thank you John! I hope you have many new & satisfied customers.
