  • This was my 2nd purchase here, but I've been in the store several other times and haven't ever had the problems with the sales staff other reviewers have posted about, but I guess every experience is different. Our salesman was very personable and helpful, going so far as to move a few pieces around the store so we could see what they looked like together. He offered to do this without us asking. He was very thorough in presenting and exploring all options with us, but never tried to push us in any particular direction. Everything was delivered as scheduled, early in the 3 hour window with a 15-20 minute courtesy call. We received exactly what we purchased without any damage and the delivery people were quick and courteous. I can't speak to their post-purchase customer service because I haven't had any issues so far, but I'll be sure to update my review if anything comes up.
