  • WARNING! Do Not rent here! There is gross misconduct and unprofessionalism within the property management. Pros: Close to the canal if you enjoy carp fishing Cons: Close to highway - noise pollution. Police visits are a regular occurrence Outdated appliances that don't work AC breaks frequently Property maintenance crew does not fix service requests- I had standing water under my crisper in the fridge my entire stay. Not well light walkways Move out fees are a nice surprise No one in the front office seems to have the same answer to anything. If you have had a similar experience file a complaint at Arizona Department of Real Estate. Don't rent here- it's too much money when you can find a nicer and a more reliable place to rent.
