  • Made a reservation through their website 3 weeks before my party of 10 chose to go to this venue. Also tried calling twice before the party date but nobody picked up the phone and the establishment has no voicemail service. Received no response so tried emailing again 4 days before the scheduled date to confirm booking. Again received no response so called them at 8:30 pm 3 days before the scheduled date to find out that they didn't have my reservation and all rooms were booked within my desired time slot. After telling the person on the phone that I tried emailing twice, they responded with "we've had many staff changes and if you tried emailing we have several people opening emails so they may no longer be here". I wouldn't recommend this place due to being completely ignored for 3 weeks with multiple attempts to make a reservation via email and phone.
