  • I've been going here for 5 years. Unlike the helicopter parent below I've NEVER had an issue with the nurse, ANY nurse, returning my call in a timely manner. Also, it's not really cool to write a review on something that happened to you years ago. You just don't do stuff like that on yelp. Anyway, both of my children see Dr. Baker and he is absolutely awesome. I never have a problem seeing him even if I need to go in to see him last minute and even if I can't see him last minute I have no problem seeing any of the other doctors on staff. And those doctors treat my children with respect and are extremely caring and nice. And even when I moved across town closer to Eastover, I chose to stick to Charlotte pediatrics because of my great experiences there.
