  • 1st time to this Starbucks and honestly I wasn't really that impressed! Located right off the 215/Flamingo it's located in the shopping plaza. When you pull in look for the drive thru sign up top closest to the geisha steak house place. When I arrived earlier today there was nobody in drive-thru which was a plus! We all know how packed Starbucks drive-thrus can get and especially on the weekends! I lucked out! No wait! Awesome! Well one of my most popular drinks I order is the Venti Mango Black Tea. This comes available with the lemonade option and I kid you not I don't know how many times the baristas or whomever takes my order automatically upgrades it. That's not what I asked for and the price of my drink is for the most part always $3.19. After I saw the screen saw $4.27 I let them know that price couldn't be correct and after going back in forth somebody who was listening finally stepped in to confirm that I didn't want the memo saw option. Ugh so annoying like take the damn order correctly people it's not that hard. Made me upset. Other than that I guess it's an okay location but it's so essential to pay close att notion to customers and not try to up sell the drinks without confirming and asking.. shady..
