  • I personally love Louis Vuitton and have been to quite a few here on the west coast. This one at The Forum Shops has by far the worst service. The first time I came in, I had to wait around for a SA to come by to show me a purse. There was only one SA in sight and she was bombarded by a whole bunch a Asians so I waited for another SA to come by. We finally saw one and had to ask to approach her for some service. She was not friendly at all, seemed like we were wasting her time by asking to see the different purses. I decided to come back the next night to buy the purse and same scenario, only this time there were SA's in sight, but they were busy talking to each other. Again I had to approach them for service. Geez...for the price I paid for the purse, you would expect a whole lot more service and friendliness. Ugh.
