rev:text	I recommend using a different company. I have moved 2 times in the last two months and I have made sure to transfer my services. The first time I transferred services to a new address, I did it online and received a confirmation email that it would be turned on beginning of May.. That day came & I still wasn't able to connect to the Internet.. So I called, on hold forever, I let it slide because being a receptionist, I know the day can get busy with calls. When I finally got to speak to someone, they told me that I never put in an order to transfer services, which is complete bull shit considering I have the confirmation email. I didn't make too big of a deal about it and they got everything squared away but had to wait another week to be able to use the services that I am paying for. Here I am with my second move on May 31st. I made sure to just call in to make sure they're actually going to do it right this time. I was on the phone with them for over an hour... just to change my address and services. I was told everything would be taken care of, I was given a new account number and services will be turned on by June 3rd. Still not on. I call again, put on hold for 25 minutes and he got back on the phone to tell me that my order had been cancelled. I usually have patience but I lost it. How the hell do they continue to get away with their mistakes. I was told that customer service is gone for the day so I would have to call back tomorrow. After my contract is done, I will be taking my money elsewhere. This company is worthless. I am one pissed off customer.
