Really sad they changed their hours to open later in the day but this SuShi is worth it. The rolls are so well balanced with delicately multidimensional flavors - subtle but they all work so well together to create the gestalt of pure bliss in your mouth. I no longer crave chocolate or soda I just want this naked fish in my mouth especially the usu Zukuri -seared yellow tail in ponzu sauce, garnished with Siracha and chives. People if you don't fall madly in love with their sushi, I'm sorry but you're probably not cultured enough to understand this Japanese cuisine
