NICK and DIEGO! Thank you for turning my 1 star initial visit to a 5 star despite that shi**y start!!
I came in not even planning to buy anything but strings for my acoustic guitar and instead left with a new electric guitar.
Greg (grey haired, older, bulky dude) , I believe his name was, is not the associate to go to. If you need questions answered, or even to be sold something, do not ask him. He could care less. I asked about why my acoustic guitar was giving me issues (me being a noob and not knowing much) and he was too busy on his computer to even look at me and made me feel insulted, belittled and as if I was a bother.. right in front another customer.. The customer even cringed with me I'm pretty sure. I felt alienated from the store at that point but luckily I spotted a friendly, nice looking dude named Nick who ended up selling me my first electric guitar. He turned me from my initial 100-200 dollar price point for an acoustic to a 300 dollar electric. I appreciated his help and attentiveness and he was very GENUINE! And when I got home I was so happy with my purchase and he turned the experience around completely. With his knowledge and passion you don't even need to try to sell.. that's what a real musician should be about :)
Also, shout out to Diego who handled my horrible review/ experience with "Greg" so well. Great conflict resolution skills and made me feel like I shouldn't have been treated bad just cause I'm newer to guitar.. thank you so much for hearing me out and addressing my concerns with genuine concern! Lol.
Attached are me enjoying and absolutely so happy with my purchase :)
