  • Took Mom to see her doctor on short notice. The front office with the two ladies were ok, if you don't step up they will continue working with their paper work. We saw nurse Imelda more then Dr. Rege. Dr. Rege only saw Mom for 4 1/2 minutes then sent nurse Imelda to help. I give this rating 3 stars because Dr. Rege's bedside manner she speaks too loud and too sharp. I don't see any emotional kindness. I'm hoping she was rushing because it was her last day before vacation. Hoping she is really caring and listens to her patients. Who knows we'll see.
