  • The mgr Mimi is always turning me away. This is my 4th time trying to receive service from Justin's nails. The last time I tried getting my nails done Mimi said they don't do design ...then mentioned they are to busy then the one time the shop wasn't busy Mimi wanted to charge me 45$ for a gel fill I felt like she just told me a bogus price to send me out the door. She's a nice mean lady. Horrible customer service
