  • The food at this place is fantastic. Went in for the first time the other night, had pulled pork, it was cooked to perfection and offered with a large selection of different BBQ sauces to try all of which were excellent. Sides were great, service was excellent (the place was busy, service was still great) beer was cold and the food is perfect. Can't ask for much more than that, if you're in the birkdale village area, definitely try smoke modern BBQ.
