  • This place has been going downhill for the last five years. I decided to give them one more try - and after sitting and waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time, while my colorist chit-chatted at the rinsing bowl with her other client and other staff - I just got up and walked out. This place is a joke. At least seven other "helpers" just standing around at the front desk looking at their phones and gossiping. The place was dead. Not sure why I had to wait 45 minutes in the chair - never again.
