Let me start by saying I LOVE CHIPOTLE. Like "I would eat there 5 times a week if no stopped me" love. But this is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and that is entirely because of the service.
The line is exhaustively slow. You can go there at totally off hour times and see lines form past the entrance because most of the people working are barely paying attention to what they're doing and don't seem to care if they're doing it well.
One of the worst problems is their complete inability to make a consistent, appropriately sized burrito. They go so overboard with each ingredient that literally every other burrito is too big for the tortilla and needs to be re-wrapped. It's as if every single time they're making a burrito is their first time. All they have to do is act like they're making a burrito for themselves and put just the minimum amount of attention and care into it to make an above average burrito, but instead every one is made with a disdain for the intended eater.
They also seem to be routinely understaffed. Which exacerbates their service issues. This also leads to the area where the napkins, silverware, and drinks to being a complete mess.
The food is typically as good as any other Chipotle, so I love it...but the service at this location keeps it from even being a decent experience.
