| - Let me start by saying that if I could give a ZERO star review I would be. While EcoWash used to do a good job, they have gone downhill.
This is the second time in one month that I walked out of EcoWash Auto Spa and the LAST time that will visit their business.
On June 30th I arrived for an appointment for window tint for my 2016 Dodge Ram 3500. This appointment was setup WEEKS in advance, since my work schedule changes frequently.
I checked in and was told that there was NO scheduled appointment for me, but that someone would help me. Over walks one of their employees who requests my information, including my insurance information. I ask why they need my auto insurance policy for window tint and I am told that he is with window chip repair. A few minutes of conversation back and forth to convince him that I a) Don't need any window chips repaired, b) Am there for a window tint and c) Would not use anyone except Safelite for window repair.
After a few minutes of this conversation, the woman who checked me in comes back and tells me that they don't do window tint and have not had anyone to tint for months. Frustrated, I explain to her that I had an appointment that was made several weeks ago. They eventually find my appointment and then tell me that the person they hired to tint windows was unable to provide documentation for E-Verify. I can understand this, but they should have called me to cancel my appointment instead of wasting my time.
As I was pulling out of their parking lot, the window chip repair person comes up to my truck and tells me that he works for another company that does window tint and that if I want to wait for a few more minutes his boss will give me a call. I ask him for a business card, however he doesn't have one. I politely thanked him and then left, not interested in taking my new truck to some company that does chip repair and window tint without any business cards or internet presence.
Thankfully I found Green Valley Window Tint who did an excellent job and will have their own separate review.
Today I took my truck in to have it detailed since one of my dogs decided to vomit TWICE in my truck last night. I arrived at 09:00 and was told that their detailer would be in at 09:30. I was also told that the price would be $160 for a complete wash and detail. When I hesitated on accepting that price, the person I was talking to told me that it would be $120. I asked them to confirm $120 for a complete wash and detail that included deep cleaning the interior and was then told that I needed to wait for the detailer.
As of 10:30 their detailer has not arrived despite multiple phone calls t him and I am now leaving, frustrated that my time was wasted again. Just arrived at Country Club Auto Spa who quoted me $155 for wash, wax and complete interior cleaning that includes a deep clean of the carpets.
Hopefully they do a good job, but regardless I will NEVER use EcoWash again for anything. Not for a car wash (Terrible's at Southern Highlands and S Valley View does a better job anyway), not for window tint and not for auto detailing.
I don't know if they changed ownership but the quality of their employees and the quality of their work has gone down hill. They have lost me as a customer.
