  • I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism by a dance studio before. It is completely impossible to get in touch with these people to straighten out issues, schedule or even ask a simple question. I will definitely not be spending any more money here. A lack of contact availability to your clients means a lack of trust and how little you value those consumers.
