  • I came here because I've been in search for a groomer like the place that closed down in Tivoli Shaggy Chic. I took my dog here in hopes this was the place. Unfortunately I don't think it's the one. I had a very pleasant phone conversation to book the appointment, but going in was completely different. There was a sign that said cash only then I was told I could use my debit card even though the sign was still up it seemed a bit shady. My dog didn't smell clean he smelled like a wet dog even though he was completely dry. It was weird. The staff wasn't friendly to me at all so I can only imagine how they treated my dog. He seemed overly excited to see me and get out of there. Then to top it all off they put this bow on him like he was a clown or something. Most places let you pick the bow or bandana. I just expected more because they charged more than other places I've been to and got phenomenal work from.
