Obviously most people who write a one-star review of an airline are pissed about something. I'm no exception - United CLT bumped me from Business to an ECONOMY middle seat because they switched to a smaller plane and didn't have enough seats. But the main problem I have with United is that the service personnel are understaffed, undertrained, and overworked. As a result, customers get quite frustrated, and these staff get even more frustrated! Lesson learned - fly Delta or American from CLT!
