  • We booked rooms here for our wedding. I had gone in July to look at rooms. Well, not all of them look the same. I had a king loft Friday, the room needed some updating to say the least. We turned the heat on and the whole room smelled like fire. yikes! For $200 a night I would have expected a little better than that, not to mention the carpet was fraying up and worn. I stayed at this hotel for 1 reason, the shuttle bus. I had pre arranged the shuttle bus weeks before the event with Tonia. I confirmed the shuttle bus Friday night with Josh, and confirmed it Saturday morning upon check out. Saturday i went to my wedding, expecting the shuttle bus to pick up the guests/bridal party at midnight. they never showed, we called and were told they picked up another wedding party first and would call us back. 3 weeks later, still havent received a call. After calling cabs to take us all back to the hotel, the rooms for Saturday were again different than what I had seen. These rooms appeared to be better, but again, probably not worth what we paid considering we only booked with the Eastland for 1 reason and that was the shuttle bus.
