| - I WAS a huge fan of this salon. I've lost count of how many people i've introduced them to - i only had nice things to say. Great haircut, fantastic sevice, great price.
But not anymore. I dont know what happened but the service is now CRAP. My bf had waited for at least 45 minutes and when his turn came up, stylist A literally just picked up another customer who had come after my bf and told him 'this is my regular customer, you can go wait for another stylist'. Rude as hell - not even an apology, mind you.
And then there was another stylist, stylist B who had been working on a customer's hair, literally fixing it by strand.. while flirting (laughing, talking and all that) with the customer the whole time. I guess the longer she can work on it, the better. And when she's done with his hair, the flirting continued with their phones. That's another 15 minutes of waiting.
And then there's the part on stylist B working on my bf's hair. She literally stopped for a good 7 -8 minutes to talk to stylist A all in Korean. I mean who does this?! I have been to a handful of other salons, some of which charge much less than here, but with a service 10000000x better.
I cannot believe this is what Hair Story has downgraded itself to. A place I used to consider my go-to, now doesnt even care about its customer. Absolutely dissapointing.
Needless to say, I would rather cut my own hair than come here again. Maybe try to google "Decent customer service" sometime.
