  • What an pleasant experience, from the phone call to see if they were open all the way till I picked my car up!! I had a problem with another dealer (ford country) and ended up here. Ford Country wanted 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Gaudin Ford - I walked in, they took care of oil change & the warranty work (that was going to take 3DAYS to look at F C) plus they washed my car. ALL IN UNDER AN HOUR!!! Each employee I came across introduced themselves, they showed me around (even though I bough my car here, their showroom moved) All dealerships should go here to see how to treat a customer.
