  • Was here Sunday 8/6 around 4pm. Service advisor Tony Capone was completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful! After getting my truck back we noticed the back seats of the truck were not vacuumed. The finishers told us to take it back the the front to have it vacuumed again. That's when Tony got rude and confrontational with me and my 70 year old father in law. I showed him my receipt that says "we guarantee your vehicle is clean." He told me since I bought the $15 wash that's what I get. He cursed at us, taunted us and told me off. I told him I would report this to his manager and he laughed claiming they will take his side. This just disgusts me. WTF is wrong with people? Take your vehicle to get washed elsewhere.
