  • We were told 20 to 30 minutes for the prescription by the counter tech at pharmacy. I approach the counter at around 50 minutes in. I am told they are working on it. I sit down and wait about 20 more minutes... It will be about 5 hours wait as there are 40 prescription ahead of mine. What? What happened to 30 minutes? Such a lack of communication. One technician stormed out from behind the counter and the other gentleman made the gesture of pulling out his hair after he had just assisted a customer. Good thing he had a buzz cut. Find a different Walgreens and dont waste your day here...
