  • Absolutely wonderful company. We weren't able to be there in person, but our realtor was and we Skyped for the initial part of the inspection. When we received the report we were a bit concerned with all the items noted. However, our inspector, Tim Mascarenas, made himself available to thoroughly explain everything in the report. He differentiated between "normal wear and tear," and what we needed to fix as soon as possible. We felt much better after speaking to him and highly recommend Tim and Carolina Home Inspection.
