  • Came here for the first time today due to a employee referral and yelp. This place is a half mile from where I live (bonus). I really liked that I could make my reservation online and could also pick my waxer. I went with yelena based on yelp reviews on her expertise with eyebrows. I've been getting mine threaded for the past seven years but decided I was over the pain. I have naturally thinner brows which is what made me hesitant to getting them waxed (I also had a bad experience in which my brows were left pencil thin due to wax). The process was quick, she went over what I believe was a four step process. She paid attention to the natural shape of my brows and kept them full. She also filled them in for me after and used the brow shaper which I ended up buying because I liked it so much. The receptionist was nice and neither were too pushy with selling me their products-moreso informative and I was able to walk away with a product I'll use every day.
