  • Best ski shop in the region. Been coming here for the last several seasons. The owner and employees are friendly and helpful. Best of all, they take the time to answer all your questions. The prices are very reasonable, and their sales are really good deals. For a smaller sized shop, the selection is consistently excellent. If you want a custom boot fitting, this is the place you want to visit. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable, a guy from Vermont that has some serious experience making ski boots comfortable. My wife and I are able to ski all day again thanks to him! If you want rentals, the good stuff goes quickly, often by October or November. I've been renting skis for the season for my kids, and it works out about the same as "trading in" used gear every year or two as they grow, without all the hassle. For an extra $20 you can upgrade from older gear to what looks like the gear from a year or two ago. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff, the only downside is that I live 30-40 minutes away. Worth every minute.
