  • I've had nothing but problems with them since I cancelled my account because I sold my house and moved. I called them to tell them so and asked them to send me a box so I could return their equipment. They sent me a box that the Netgear box fit into and then after I moved, they started billing me for a Cisco box that I supposedly had even though the tech said he changed the boxes out when he was out the last time. Makes no difference, they are still trying to get $122.00 from me even though the tech said he changed out the boxes in September of 2014. One minute they tell me one thing and the next minute it's something else. I've been calling them for 3+ weeks and they first said that they didn't get anything from me and the next minute they said I owed them for the Cisco box even though it retails online for $42.00 and they are billing me for $122.00. I'm so fed up with them, stay away unless you plan on staying forever. They will try to get you. I would have given them -0- stars if it were possible.
