  • Best customer service experience I have had in a LONG time! I had gotten a gift purchased online that was too big for me, I just needed an exchange. Because it was an online purchase there were challenges that it was not sold in the store. Holly made the time for us that we needed to get it taken care of. She made SEVERAL calls and spent a good 20 minutes helping exchange something that was not even bought at her store. I will definitely be shopping at this location for the simple fact that I know I will always be taken care of.
