We purchased the City Pass for our weekend trip in Toronto and this came a part of the package. The parking lot is a good size for the zoo and you shouldn't have any issues. Where they trick you is you have to pay for parking. You don't pay when you pull up and you can't pay when you leave. You must purchase your parking stub at the zoo admission gate and use it to exit the parking lot. Upon first entering the zoo I wasn't really impressed---I have visited a lot of zoos and they generally have eye catching backgrounds upon entering--not here. Also right when you walk in there is a cage for a bald eagle but the display was empty. Ummm that's not a good start. I also noticed at this zoo they only have one or two of each of the large animals. The animals have a pretty good amount of space in their enclosures and I guess due to the cold climate in Canada there are a lot of buildings in the zoo to view the animals (so the animals can go in when it is cold). There is a train you can take around the zoo for an additional fee but we opted out of this. One cool thing about this zoo is you can pay to ride a camel. I really wanted to do this but the line was long and they were only doing two camels at a time, so we didn't wait to do this either. The have a small bat exhibit and I give them credit for that. I have never seen bates at a zoo. Overall the zoo was just ok. I wasn't highly impressed but the animals seem to be well taken care of--which is the most important thing.
