  • Here at Sixt rental cars in Las Vegas at 1:00 am December 26, 2014. Been waiting in line for about an hour and there are 2 people infront of me. This sux!!!!! I rented from here back in March and the experience was much more pleasant. Sixt was new to Las Vegas and it showed: stylish waiting room, hip music, and free soda. The customer service was excellent. Tonight much different scene. Customers fed up: no vans available. There are pissed! I am very surprised that there is only 1 agent, 1 car runner, 1 pickup driver. How the hell are you going to service people coming off a flight, tired and grouchy? It's Christmas holiday and the volume of customers is definitely up. So why only 1 agent? This happened last Christmas at THRIFTY car rental. I waited 2 hours in line only to find out no cars. What a waste of time. I never will rent from Thrifty again. If SIXT wants to remain in the game with the other car rental companies, they need to be more on it. The 2 stars are for based on my two rentals. 2**
