Customer service is all the way around excellent, especially in the service department. I have owned many brands of cars like Chevy, Ford, and Toyota but they always fell short when it came to the service experience. When my husband and I purchased our BMWs, the buying experience was hassle free. We have owned our BMWs for a couple of years and love them. Recently my BMW X3 was having an issue with a seat sensor. I called BMW USA and got no resolution. When I was in for an oil change I brought up my frustrations to Tony DiSalvo about my unresolved issue. Tony went above and beyond to get my issues resolved in a very fair and equitable manner. This kind of service will ensure that I will always be a BMW owner and a customer of Chapman BMW Chandler!
