  • Rude front desk staff. I'm standing there for a few minutes before I'm even acknowledged. Then, to echo what another reviewer said regarding Dr Kim....it's true. He walked in the room like a deer in headlights. Extremely unsettling to experience. Afterwards, he couldn't wait to leave. He's obviously not confident in performing this procedure, sonohysterogram. I can't fathom why this hasn't been addressed. I guess you'll have to be sued first. Our complaints aren't enough.
