  • They have best beer selection possible. Friar Tuck really is the booze mecca of the Midwest. It is easily better than any liquor store in Chicago and in the immediately surrounding areas. The only BUT is... that their hours suck. They are not opened very late, and it seems as if half the time I venture over to Friar Tuck's they are closed. If you have the good fortune of being at Friar Tuck's at the right time, you will enjoy friendly and helpful staff and an impressive selection of any alcoholic beverage you are looking for.
