  • We recently relocated to Charlotte and knew no one. Our experience with Care.com and similar sites to match nannies and families were that it was a lot of work with many unqualified people to wade through. We had a lot on our plate and wanted to find the right fit for our family the first time to minimize change for our children. Our realtor recommended Emily and Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency. It was the best decision we could have made, truly. She listened to what we needed, our criteria and the position, and spent HER time selecting the best candidates that met what we were looking for. Then, she pre-interviewed them and pre-screened them to make sure they were a good fit before we even spent our time meeting them. Then she handled background checks, driving checks, and calling references for us- and presented it all in a package for us. Fast forward to 2 months later- we have the PERFECT nanny for us- and are so happy! It was very affordable for the service we received- and it was the easiest part of moving. Highly, highly recommend Emily and this service!
