While my service guy Rocket was great, the company seems to put themselves above customers. I made an "appointment " three days before I went ;An appointment at 7:30am. There was a guy there when I made my appointment complaining about the wait time for his car to be worked on. That should have been my first clue.
When I arrived for my "appointment" I was informed there were four other cars already ahead of me, and my car may not get seen that day. It wasn't. It did not get seen until The afternoon of Tuesday.
My work was warranty work, so I was given on Tuesday morning a rental car at their expense.
My advice is, be prepared to not have your car worked on the day of your "appointment " because the appointment only puts you some place in the que. and don't yell at the service adviser! Get on Management about their business practices!
They need a night shift or more mechanics.
