  • My Home warranty company sent AMA out to my house...just horrible. First guy was OK, said I needed a compressor but my coil was bad which meant I need a new unit. So then the "supervisor" comes out and installs a reconditioned compressor and leaves the rusted out coil which doesn't cool. A week later it breaks again so I call again and they won't come out for 3 days!!! Warranty won't pay for a new unit unless its completely dead so I had a choice of letting it die, and paying twice my normal power bill until it eventually dies or calling another company for a new one. Will not ever use this company, and cancelling my home warranty with Old Republic!
