  • I called in to book a new appointment for a dryer vent cleaning. The person who answered the phone was rude, consistently talked over and interrupted me, and trashed-talked the competition instead of answering my questions about his services. I was left with such a bad taste a few minutes into the conversation that I told him I would find somebody with friendlier service and hung up. Sure enough, the next place I called was very friendly and offered the same vent cleaning service for one third of the cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID
