  • What a joke! I called to setup a roof repair on a Monday. I was told by Ed that he would be there same day or at the latest in the morning. Monday came and went with no call. I called him on Tuesday and no answer. I called him on Wednesday and no answer. I called him Thursday and it went straight to voice mail. I texted the number and asked if this was Desert Home Repair. The text response was "yes". I called and finally a guy answered "hello". Needless to say I had no idea if I was speaking to a business or not. I asked about the estimate and the repair and Ed replies with, " I have been really busy and have not made it out there yet".
