| - I stayed here while on a 2 week trip to Mayo Clinic. The actual rooms were pretty nice, but I was completely unimpressed with housekeeping. In the entire time I was there my room was only cleaned once, and it was at the beginning of my stay. I had my service dog with me, and was treated strangely because of it. The Hispanic lady, who spoke completely broken English, came in to clean, and noticed my service dog on the couch. She was asleep, but the lady proceeded to say, "scary dog" repeatedly. I tried reassuring her that she was a service dog, but she had no clue what I was saying. She left without cleaning the rest of my room. About an hour or 2 later I get a call in my room. This cleaning lady had apparently accused my service dog of peeing all over the bed. I had already been there several days without issues, but the staff proceeded to tell me dogs aren't allowed. I had been in and out of the lobby several times with her, but now that this lazy or challenged lady doesn't want to clean, its an issue? If you're not gonna hire people who can understand me, then at least hire ones that will do their job and not make false accusations. If you're different at all then don't stay here. They will discriminate against you. Also, it's setup completely weird. You have to walk a long ways to get to and from your room depending on where you parked. You have to call ahead to get golf carted to your room if you are too far to walk. The parking lot is utter shit also. If you're there at the wrong time, which was often for me, there is nowhere anywhere near your room to park because it is already so far away.
