  • Lousy customer support, poorly run, and a middling experience at best. Went for Zombie Apocalypse Live, which is something they do to justify not tearing the place down between Halloweens. They were running an hour behind and one guest's weapon didn't work for half the experience. When I emailed them, there wasn't even so much as a halfhearted apology before being told there were no refunds for any reason.
